Bre’s yoga journey began over a decade ago, a path that not only transformed her life but also saved it. Overcoming personal illness through the healing power of yoga, she discovered its profound ability to restore balance, vitality, and peace. Today, she shares this gift with students around the world, offering practices that inspire both physical well-being and inner growth.

Based in Mexico, Bre combines her years of experience with a deep passion for the art and science of yoga. Her Vinyasa flow classes weave together dynamic movement, dynamic transitions, alignment-based anatomy, and the rich mythology behind each pose, creating a practice that is as engaging as it is transformative. She also specializes in Yin yoga, a deeply meditative style focused on creating space within the body, releasing tension, and nurturing the connective tissues and fascia.
