Bre is an experienced yoga teacher, sound healer, plant based chef and musician whose work is deeply inspired by her travels over the last 10 years across the world. Her teachings aim to guide others toward true freedom in both mind and body by helping them unravel and release tension, fostering a journey of self-realization and liberation.

Her yoga journey began in the heart of India, where she completed a 200-hour Ashtanga & Hatha teacher training in the magical mountains of Rishikesh. She later pursued advanced training with a 200-hour and 300-hour Vinyasa certification in Mexico, along with an extra 50-hour  certification in Yin Yoga.

​

While exploring the Himalayan mountains of Nepal, she discovered the healing frequencies of Tibetan singing bowls. This transformative experience led her to complete a specialized training in Tibetan bowl therapy, which now forms a cornerstone of her sound healing practice.​

​

Bre is also an Ayurvedic and macrobiotic chef, specializing in catering for yoga retreats and holistic events. Her culinary philosophy focuses on healthy, whole-food, plant-based meals, with an emphasis on organic ingredients. She is currently working on a recipe book to share her passion for conscious, sustainable eating and the healing power of plants.

Over the years, she has shared her wisdom through yoga classes, retreats, Ayurvedic cooking, and sound journeys across New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Italy, Nepal, England, and Mexico. Each destination has enriched her practice, allowing her to connect with diverse communities and refine her approach to teaching and holding space.

In addition to yoga, her journey with music has been a profound exploration of creativity and self-expression. She is currently working on her first music album, drawing inspiration from her global adventures and transformative experiences.

​

Through her work, Bre invites others to embrace the magic of movement, sound, stillness, and the transformative power of food as medicine. Whether through yoga, sound healing, or nourishing meals, she creates holistic experiences that guide others toward inner freedom, balance, and harmony.
